The BoyneRewards Program membership and benefits are offered by Boyne Resorts, Inc. at its sole discretion. BoyneRewards Program Terms and Conditions are governed by and are to be construed under the laws of the State of Michigan. These Program Terms and Conditions supersede all prior Program Terms and Conditions.

By submitting an application for or accepting membership in the BoyneRewards Program, Applicant and Member agree to be bound by all Program Terms and Conditions. The BoyneRewards Program is void where prohibited by law. The BoyneRewards Program does not have a set termination date. Boyne Resorts, Inc. may terminate the Program at any time, with or without personal notice to its Members. Members shall have six months from the date the Program is terminated in order to redeem earned BoyneRewards Points/Awards. Individuals and their immediate family members are eligible for membership in the BoyneRewards Program at the discretion of Boyne Resorts, Inc. Corporations, affiliations, groups and the like are not eligible for participation.

Boyne Resorts, Inc. reserves the right to modify, alter or change any of the Program Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion, with or without notice to its Members. Such changes may affect BoyneRewards Point accrual and/or redemption of BoyneRewards awards regardless of when such Points/Rewards are/were earned. Members have no expectation in the continuing availability of Rewards, accrual/redemption levels or special offers.

In its sole unfettered discretion, Boyne Resorts, Inc. reserves the right to terminate any Member's BoyneRewards membership in the event it appears the Member has failed to abide by the Program Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to, Point accrual, reward redemption and/or use. Boyne Resorts, Inc. reserves the right to terminate any Member's BoyneRewards membership in the event it appears the Member has acted in violation of local, state or federal law. Terminated membership may result in the loss of BoyneRewards Points/Rewards, benefits and privileges, regardless of when earned. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as to limit Boyne Resorts, Inc.'s ability to also take appropriate legal action, including criminal prosecution.

Members are responsible for updating Boyne Resorts, Inc. with any address changes. Members have an affirmative duty to keep current regarding Program Terms and Conditions and any changes thereto. Boyne Resorts, Inc. may send updated information to Members regarding Program changes. However, under no circumstances shall Boyne Resorts, Inc. be deemed liable for its decision not to send updated information. By way of non-limiting example, Boyne Resorts, Inc. shall not be liable for transcription errors during data entry; for computer hardware/software failure; Internet access problems; interruption, defect or line failure of telecommunication network or electronic transmission; inability to access any website or on-line service; other technical or non-technical errors or malfunctions, or; lost, misdirected, mutilated or postage due mail.

Certain BoyneRewards Program benefits and services have been established; however, not all such benefits and services may be available at all participating Boyne Resorts, Inc. locations. In the event Boyne Resorts, Inc. wrongly denies a benefit or service, Boyne Resorts, Inc.'s liability shall be limited to the equivalent value as determined by Boyne Resorts, Inc. in its sole discretion.

The BoyneRewards Program does not establish a contractual, agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between Boyne Resorts, Inc and Member. The BoyneRewards Program and redemption of BoyneRewards awards are subject to all applicable laws and regulations. BoyneRewards awards may be subject to income tax and other taxes; such taxes are the sole responsibility of Member or award recipient.

Boyne Resorts, Inc. use of Applicant and Member personally identifiable information is governed by the Boyne Resorts, Inc. Privacy Policy at In the event Member claims a dispute with Boyne Resorts, Inc. in relation to the BoyneRewards Program or under these Terms and Conditions, and the dispute is not resolved by negotiation, Member agrees to submit the dispute to mediation. Member further agrees that their participation in mediation is a condition precedent to pursuing any other available remedy in relation to the dispute. Member may give written notice to Boyne Resorts, Inc. of their desire to commence mediation, and a mediation session must take place within thirty (30) days after the date that such notice is given. Member and Boyne Resorts, Inc. must jointly appoint a mutually acceptable mediator. In the event Member and Boyne Resorts, Inc. are unable to agree upon the appointment of a mediator within seven (7) days after Member has given notice of their desire to mediate the dispute, Member may apply to Boyne Rewards, Inc., One Boyne Mountain Road, Boyne Falls, MI 49713, 1-800-462-6963 or such other organization or person agreed to by Boyne Resorts, Inc. in writing, for appointment of a mediator. Member agrees to share equally the costs of the mediation, which costs will not include costs incurred by either side for representation by counsel at the mediation or for related expenses specifically incurred by Member.

Point Accrual/Award Redemption

BoyneRewards points can only be earned at participating Boyne Resorts locations through purchasing certain goods/services, which are subject to change at any time without notice. For a current list of qualifying goods/services please visit To earn BoyneRewards points, Member must present an active BoyneRewards card at the time of payment for qualifying goods/services. BoyneRewards Points are NOT earned for activities arranged through trade-out, as a property owners guest or on a complimentary basis. Lodging points will only be credited after completion of stay.

BoyneRewards Point redemption must be completed on-line at (see website for information and details) or via validly issued award certificates.  A maximum of 1,000,000 points may be accrued per BoyneRewards program year. BoyneRewards award certificates shall not be issued in advance.

When redeeming a BoyneRewards award, Member shall not earn additional BoyneRewards points. Member must surrender BoyneRewards award certificates at the time of redemption. BoyneRewards points/awards earned by a Member are not transferable to other Members or to other reward programs offered by Boyne Resorts, Inc., without the written authorization of Boyne Resorts, Inc. BoyneRewards points shall be considered earned when the goods/services have been paid for in their entirety. BoyneRewards points shall not be available for redemption until the Points are accounted for by Boyne Resorts, Inc. and reported to Member.

BoyneRewards points/awards and any other BoyneRewards benefits MAY NOT BE SOLD, USED FOR TRADE OR TRANSFERRED without the express written consent of Boyne Resorts, Inc. Any such attempt to sell, trade or transfer may result in membership termination and forfeiture of all BoyneRewards points/awards. BoyneRewards points/awards and any other BoyneRewards benefits do not create a property interest in Member. Award certificates shall not be replaced or reissued if lost or stolen.

Use of BoyneRewards awards may be limited during certain times of the year. Please visit for a current list of award blackout dates. Additional blackout dates may be instituted with or without notice. All awards are subject to availability and such other restrictions as determined by Boyne Resorts, Inc. in its sole discretion.
