Present your card when paying for qualifying purchases at participating Boyne Resorts and retail locations, and you will earn 1 point per dollar you spend, before taxes, fees and/or gratuity. Yes, your BoyneRewards card remains valid.
Your purchase/points need to be in your account for 14 days before you will be able to see or use the points. However, the transaction should be posted to your account the day after you used your card when you made the purchase. We suggest you check your transaction history during that two-week period to make sure that the transaction was applied.
Receipts may be submitted up to 6 months from the date of your purchase or check-out.
No, we recommend one BoyneRewards account per family. The BoyneRewards cards come with two key chain fobs and one regular credit card size card.
Also, it is easier to accumulate points if a family shares one account.
Can I earn points from purchases made by friends or other members of my group that do not have or want a BoyneRewards membership?
No, BoyneRewards points can only be earned by immediate family members.
BoyneRewards cards come in a three pack.
Log in on BoyneRewards.com by entering your user name and password in the blue account area at the upper left. Your point total will appear beneath your name once you are logged in. Click on the "Redeem Points" link below your point total, or select "Awards Catalog" from the orange bar at the top of the page to see a list of available awards.
Click on the "Redeem" button next to the award you are interested in, and follow the instructions to print a reward voucher. Please make sure your computer is hooked up to a working printer.
You must present your voucher at the time of payment.
Log into BoyneRewards.com by entering your user name and password in the blue account area at the upper left. Your point total will appear beneath your name once you are logged in.
Click on the "Transaction History" link below your point total. You will see an itemized listing of everything that has been posted to your account.
Remember, if it has been less than two weeks since you made a transaction, the transaction will show up, but the points will not be "available" to you until 14 days after the date of the transaction.
When you log on with your user name but enter the wrong password, your password hint will appear. If this does not help you remember your password, you can click on "I forgot my password" in the login area. You will then need to enter your BoyneRewards number to have your password emailed to the email address you have registered.
The only way to guarantee that you receive the correct points for your purchase is to show your card at the time of the transaction. Should that not happen, you can submit a receipt online by entering the TRX ID number that appears on the receipt. Please only enter a receipt once. You will need your account number, user name and password to do this.
In the case of hotel charges you must fax your folio to 248.668.5409. Remember to include your name and BoyneRewards number on all correspondence. Please allow at least three weeks for points to be added to your account.
I charged everything to my room at the resort. Now I've learned that only the lodging points were posted from the front desk. Why didn't the entire amount I paid get posted to my account? How can I get credit for the rest of the transactions that were charged to the room?
Remember that BoyneRewards is a point-of-sale program. You should use your BoyneRewards card every time you make a purchase during your stay, even if you charge it to your room. The front desk does not have the ability to add the points from purchases you charged to your room.

No photos of receipts/folios will be accepted.
We will review the transactions line by line and post the eligible points to your account. Please allow 3-4 weeks for transactions to appear in your account.
Can I receive lodging points when I book my stay through a travel agency or discount travel website or if I stay at Blue Green/Mountain Run condos?
No. BoyneRewards points may only be earned at participating Boyne Resort locations by purchasing goods/services/lodging directly from Boyne, not through a third party booking agency, such as a travel agency, discount travel website, or for a stay at Blue Green/Mountain Run condos. Points may also not be earned for activities arranged through trade-out, as a property owner's guest or on a complimentary basis.
No, please do not submit the charge statements because they do not include the TRX ID numbers that are used for verifying receipts. We suggest you always ask for and keep all receipts for your transactions until you check your transaction history to see that they have been posted.

I don't have my lift ticket receipt, but I still have my lift ticket. Can I find the TRX information on my lift ticket?
Yes, the TRX ID number (9 digit number beginning with 20...) and date are located on the front of the ticket. You can submit them online just like a receipt.
Many customers learn of the BoyneRewards program for the first time when they are a guest at a resort or make a purchase in one of our stores. We will accept receipts from transactions made up to six-months prior to enrollment.
Do my BoyneRewards points expire?
Your BoyneRewards points will be deactivated if you have not made any purchases or redeemed any of your points in the last two years.
You can also contact firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for a replacement card. Please include your address.
Although the replacement card will be for the same account, it will have a different BoyneRewards number. Your information such as user name, password, and points will remain the same. The new number simply replaces the old number.

To receive points for a group you must either go through the Group Sales department or you have to pay the entire amount and have one master bill. Please make sure that everyone in your group understands they they will not be receiving points from the organized trip.
If you paid your group leader you can not receive points. The group leader is entitled to the points. If you paid your bill directly to the resort, you can submit your paid receipt to BoyneRewards to receive your points.
Do lift tickets purchased through Corporate discount or at Spanish Peaks Mountain Club qualify for BoyneRewards points?
No, to receive points for lift ticket purchases you need to purchase at the resort, Boyne Country Sports or through the resort’s website/Liftopia.I have other questions not answered here.
